Sandra Coombes, Director of Coombes HRM was the lead contributor and project manager of the leading publication Personnel Policies and Procedures – “The Law in Perspective” for Simon Mc Rory of Graphite HRM in 1997.  This was a first of its kind in Ireland.  From this and their various roles and experiences in employee relations, Coombes HRM has a strong labour law background.  Sandra has been involved in many redundancy planning teams as HR Manager including Lotus Development, EMC and other smaller companies.

Coombes HRM is also a qualified Business Coach with a Diploma in Management and Executive Coaching from ICTI.  Over the past 20 Years as a HR Manager and Consultant, a lot of her time is spent coaching informally also.

Coombes HRM also hold level A and B Certificates of competence in Occupational Testing from the British Psychological Society.
